Hello!! My name is Shannon Markham and I absolutely love photography!
My first interest in photography came in 2003 when I was a junior in high school. Ever since then I have become more and more interested in the art form. After graduating from high school, I attended Sam Houston State University where I studied Photography and received a bachelor’s degree of Fine Art in Photography in May of 2009. So, I have been doing this for quite some time… a little over 7 years!!
Photography makes me so happy, I love looking at pictures and I love taking them! You should see my house…. pretty much anywhere you look you will find photographs…on the walls, bookshelves, end tables, our fireplace, in the kitchen, in the bathroom; they are everywhere!! It is not going to be fun filling in all of the little nail holes in the walls of our apartment when we eventually move out… : )
A Little Bit More About Me:
I live in the DFW area with my husband (Jeremy) and our dog (Emmitt). Jeremy and I met in the summer of 2007 at a summer camp where we were counselors; we also attended the same college. Jeremy and I started dating in the Spring of 2008 and were engaged five months later! We were married on July 18,2009… I can’t believe how fast time has flown by!! Jeremy and I plan on being missionaries at some point , we are excited to see what the future will hold for us.
